Create, review, edit and update content for websites, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
Manages the assigned social media accounts and posts content.
Researching industry-related topics
Preparing well-structured drafts using digital word processing and publishing platforms
Brainstorms campaign ideas. Work with the in-house production team to conceptualize and develop visuals and video content.
Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
Use social media to engage consumers and promote company initiatives.
Understands the overall concept of the campaign, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
Engages with clients as needed
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
Assists in creating performance reports.
Shadow in creating content strategies and presenting to clients
